St. Matthew's 2nd Biennial Art Show/Sale "Divine Delights - Art, Wine, Cheese & Chocolate"

This was a really exciting evening. Contemplating the great work of local artists while testing excellent wine, cheese and chocolate - what could beat that?

Knowing that proceeds from the show will benefit the children's religious education program at our sister parish Holy Trinity in Passaic, New Jersey, gave me nice warm feeling inside. Or maybe it was just the wine? 😉

During this charity event I was showing 18 of my oil works, painted both in studio and en plain air, including "Broken Shell", pictured here, which ended this great evening with the red dot, yay!

AAR Annual Show in Whippany, NJ

Two of my oil paintings: 'Backlit Bush' and 'Waiting for the Game' were presented during 46th Annual Members' Show of Art Association in Roxbury.

One of my recent oils, entitled "Emerald Forest", was accepted to the Millburn-Short Hills Art Center exhibit "Thank you, Janan" honoring Janan Weber.

Award for "Shaded Path"!

Those that attended the 6pm Reception will know that my piece "Shaded Path" was recently honored at the Gala Reception of 45th Annual Members' Show of Art Association of Roxbury. Out of over 100 works of diverse mediums, "Shaded Path" recieved an Award of Excellence.

A charcoal drawing of mine, "Honii-Wotoma (Wolf Robe) No. 1,", was accepted to the juried art exhibit, which was orchestrated by Millburn-Short Hills Art Center (M-SHAC) and Atlantic Health System.

The exhibition, which includes thirty works by the members of M-SHAC took place at Atlantic Health System Corporate South Street Cafe, 475 South Street, Morristown, NJ.

6 Inch Squared Exhibition

Two of my small works, "Broken Shell" and "Summer Memories", were presented during the 6" Squared Exhibition and Sale, organized by the Randy Higbee Gallery in California.
